The first room i received was in terrible condition. the balcony door was defective. It could not close properly, anyone could have entered. the safe box was broken too, it was not even attached to the wall. It could have been easily stolen. the hotel needs immediate maintenance, dangerous balcony

i found the location quite convenient , as the shops were nearby. the cleaning staff was attentive to my needs. the hotel included a variety of desserts , which i enjoyed.
my room phone was not working upon arrival. the furniture in my room seemed dated. some guests were singing late at night , , made it noisy.

The beach has easy access. The sea is clear and beautiful. I used the pier for swimming. The main areas were clean. The restaurants are maintained well.
The rooms needs some improvement. I saw cracked tiles everywhere. Floors are uneven and could be dangerous. The pool tiles require replacement soon.

The new pool is deep and super clean. Ahmed, a lifeguard, is helpful and kind. Walid, a good barman, also works at the new pool. The lifeguard team celebrated my birthday and it was very sweet!!!
My room's door wouldn't lock sometimes. The light in the bathroom was doing its own thing. I used my phone's torch. The shower water poured onto the floor because the base was too low. No handle was on the exterior of the balcony.

the cleaning service was excellent , especially from walid.
my door wasn't securing shut when i arrived , the magnetic lock didn't work , and the display light wouldn't light up when i inserted my access card. i reported this to reception , and they replaced the batteries after 30 minutes. the furniture in the room seemed dated, and the fridge and air conditioner were loud at night, waking me up.

wonderful stay with attentive staff

the hotel in egypt was a great choice for our trip. i found the staff very cute and helpful. the rooms were recently renovated and had a beautiful design. i also liked that the hotel grounds were well maintained, including many plants and agricultural areas.
I noticed the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star hotel, yet i have experienced better 3-star hotels. the food quality could be improved. Some dishes were cold. certain areas could benefit from modernization. (the grounds maintenance is great though!)

The reception staff provided quick service and were always available to help with questions. the staff was attentive to individual needs and requests of the guests. they offered prompt and efficient assistance.

the room included a king-size bed, a separate seating area, and a balcony. there were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. the air conditioning worked effectively and maintained a consistent temperature throughout my stay (it was really useful!).

i stayed in a superior double or twin room pool view and it was excellent. the air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool and comfortable (it was really hot outside!). the room included a safe for valuables, a nice touch.
the towels were a little thin.
